Public information

Published event information, school name, event location and appropriate school website information may be visible publicly.

Private contact information

School coordinator emails, mobile numbers, university representative emails and mobile numbers are not intended for public display. The school registration link is delivered to verified university representatives through the expression-of-interest process.

Verification

Email verification codes are time-limited and stored securely as password hashes.
